Parador de Aiguablava

Aiguablava is all about relaxation: fabulous sea views, excellent fresh food, a tranquil setting - why not relax even more in the Parador’s spa and enjoy those wonderful views in the process?

• Spa circuit prices: from 40€ per person for guests (circuits must be pre-booked)
• Children allowed between 2pm and 4pm (children under 7 are not permitted)
• A range of treatments available on request
• Flip-flops must be worn

Parador de Alcalá de Henares

Situated beneath the vaulted church ceilings of the 17th-century convent, this Spa offers the perfect blend of modern facilities in a historic setting.

• Spa circuit prices: from 40€ per person (guests)
• Children aged 12-14 are permitted at certain times (please check with the Parador)
• Flip-flops and a swimming cap must be worn.

Parador de Cádiz

Enjoy a spa session with sea views at this Parador where the Spa enjoys a magnificent vista onto the Atlantic Ocean.

• Spa circuit prices: from 35€ per person (guests)
• Children aged 8 and over are permitted at certain times (please check with the Parador)
• Flip flops must be worn

Parador de Corias

Incorporating the brand new Spa facilities into the 11th century monastery’s architecture, this Spa offers an atmospheric setting as you relax and rejuvenate.

• Spa circuit prices: from 35€ per person (guests)
• No entry permitted for children under 7
• Subject to seasonal closures
• Flip-flops and cap must be worn

Parador de Costa da Morte

The Parador de Costa da Morte is the perfect spot for a tranquil escape. Surrounded by wild Galician coastline, what better way to enjoy the wonderful views of the Atlantic than during a relaxing spa session?

• Spa circuit prices: from 35€ per person for guests (circuits must be pre-booked)
• Both spa circuits and treatments must be booked in advance
• A range of treatments available on request
• Flip-flops must be worn

The spa facilities include:

Parador de Cruz de Tejeda

Offering top of the range facilities, this Spa’s highlight is the heated pool that overlooks the spectacular mountainous island scenery.

• Spa circuit prices: from 35€ per person
• Spa circuit: 90 minutes (reservations are required for the spa due to limited space)
• Children between 6 and 14 are permitted access to the spa facilities for the first two hours after opening but must be accompanied by an adult
• Bathing suits and rubber flip-flops/slides must be worn.

Parador de El Saler

Relax and unwind in the Parador’s spa after a day on the golf course.

• Spa circuit prices: from 40€ per person (guests)
• Spa circuit is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
• No entry permitted for children under 7. Children aged 7–14 must be accompanied by an adult and are allowed during specified hours. Inquire at spa reception for details.
• Bathing suits and flip-flops must be worn.

Parador de La Granja

Relax whilst surrounded by the historic walls of the Parador. La Granja recommends combining a spa circuit with a treatment to make the most of your stay.

• Children aged between 7 to 12 are permitted to enter between 2pm and 4pm (they must be accompanied by an adult)
• Flip-flops must be worn.

Escape the heat and relax in Lorca’s thoroughly modern spa and enjoy wonderful views from the indoor pool.

There is no escaping the Parador’s historic nature during your spa session at the Santo Estevo as the circuit is interspersed amongst the exposed brick walls and ancient arches of this monastery.

Parador de Vielha

This Spa can be enjoyed year-round whether you wish to relax after a day exploring the countryside or warm up after a day on the slopes. What better way to look onto the snow covered mountains than from the cosy warmth of a heated pool?
