More flexible conditions to support you

We know that circumstances can change and travel plans may need to be adjusted. We, along with our hotel groups, do our utmost to make sure you can plan your trips as flexibly as possible to give you peace of mind as you look forward to your next trip in Europe.

 Prepaid reservations in pounds (via office):

• A modest deposit of £25 per person collected on confirmation
• Final balance: 14 days prior to arrival

Direct Payment in Euros (Paradors only):
As always you can choose to make reservations on direct payment basis where the balance is paid on check-in. These reservations simply require a credit card to be provided as a guarantee of payment

Key advantages:
No booking fees.
We do not charge an amendment fee for changes to reservations.
Rates with flexible cancellation let you make changes/cancel until as little as 4 days prior to arrival (subject to the hotels and season, you can check our full cancellation details here).

Please note that payment for any non-refundable rates will be taken at the time of confirmation.

We hope that these adjustments enable you to minimise the financial commitment of your holiday until much later than usual, giving you as much flexibility as we can, whilst enabling us to still issue your travel documents sufficiently far enough before you travel to not add to your stress!
