When can I stay?
- Year round but bank holidays and festive dates may be excluded.
- Offer subject to a limited number of rooms, subject to availability.
- Exceptions: not valid on 29, 30 and 31 December.
How do I pay for my booking?
- As this is a non-refundable offer, when making your booking an amount equivalent to the total cost of the booking must be paid on confirmation.
- For Direct Payment reservations in Euros, the Paradors will take the total cost of the booking on confirmation.
How can I book?
- This offer only applies to reservations made 15 days or more in advance of your arrival. Bookings can be made on the website or through our office.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
- The booking cannot be changed or cancelled and is non-refundable. It will only be modified in the case of extension of the stay, and this change must always be made within the period of purchase by contacting Keytours International on 0207 199 6360.
